The name of our restaurant, LITANI MEZZA BAR, is a tribute to the Litani River, where we grew up, played and shared so many unforgettable memories. The Litani is much more than a body of water for us. It’s the place where we learned to swim, fish and appreciate the lush nature that surrounds it. Its winding and peaceful waters have witnessed our growth, our discovery of nature and our learning of the richness of Lebanese culture.

Localization

The Litani River rises in the mountainous region of Lebanon, near the town of Baalbek in the Bekaa Valley. It then flows southwards, crossing the country for a distance of approximately 140 kilometers, before emptying into the Mediterranean Sea.
